Hey managers/leaders, I feel you...
it is hard to take a few days off during the week when everyone else is working... meetings (especially 1on1s), which you would normally have in 5 days, need to be squeezed into three or fewer days.
This, in practice, means that if you have 2 days off in a week, the remaining 3 days feel actually like working the whole week plus the weekend. :/
