Don't Give Feedback After You Say You Don't Have Any Feedback to Give

If someone asks you for feedback and you say you have any, make sure you do not give any in that particular conversation! Especially after the person gives feedback to YOU.

It will make you look desperate and give feedback just because someone is giving you feedback instead of giving meaningful thoughts to it. Important to remember for leaders, but useful for everyone.
